Tot 30 dagen na ontvangst van je bestelling, zonder opgave van reden. Retourneren is kosteloos.
Producten mogen gepast zijn, maar mogen om hygiënische redenen niet gebruikt of gewassen zijn. Retouren worden alleen geaccepteerd als het product ongebruikt, onbeschadigd, in de originele verpakking en met hangtags wordt teruggestuurd. Acelera behoud zich het recht voor retouren die niet aan deze eisen voldoen te weigeren.
Retouren worden binnen 5 werkdagen na ontvangst in Nederland verwerkt. Daarna wordt de terugbetaling in gang gezet via je oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.
Helaas bieden wij geen mogelijkheid tot ruilen aan.
