Crash Replacement Service

Did you have an accident or fall off your bike? That's unfortunate, we hope you haven't sustained any injuries!

Acelera offers a Crash Replacement Service for such cases, allowing you to get replacement clothing at a greatly reduced price. This service also applies to clothing that falls outside the return period.

How do you use Acelera's Crash Replacement Service?

  1. Contact us via the form below.
  2. Send your damaged clothing to Acelera.
  3. You will receive a response within two weeks.

Note: When using the Crash Replacement Service, you are responsible for returning your product. This includes shipping costs and optional insurance for damage or loss during transport (this is not mandatory, but at your own risk). Acelera will cover the cost of shipping your new clothing back to you for free.

Once your item is received, it is usually processed within two weeks and you will receive a confirmation email. If you haven't heard from us by then, please email koers@acelera.cc with all shipping details.

Note that we may refuse replacement if the issue is not due to an accident or fall, but rather to careless use. In such cases, Acelera will always try to offer the best possible alternative solution.
