In the event of an accident or crash, Acelera offers the Crash Replacement Service with which you can request a replacement at a greatly reduced cost. This service also applies to garments that fall outside the return period.
How do you request the Acelera Crash Replacement Service?
- Contact us using the form below.
- Send your broken clothes to Acelera.
- You will receive a message within two weeks.
Please note: when you use the Crash Replacement Service you are responsible for returning your product. This includes the cost of postage and any insurance for damage or loss in transit (although this is not a requirement, but is at the customer's risk). Acelera ensures that your new clothes are sent to you free of charge .
Once your item has been received it will normally be processed within two weeks and you will receive a confirmation by email. If you haven't heard from us by then, please email us at email@example.com with full shipping details.
Please note : we can refuse replacement at all times if there is no accident or crash but careless use. Acelera always does its best to offer the best possible alternative solution.
