We want you to be on your bike in your new one as soon as possible Acelera clothing. On this page you can read how we ship, what it costs and when you can expect your package.

Delivery times

If you order before 11:59 PM, we will process your order the same day. The packages are then picked up by the carrier. These are the average delivery times from the moment of shipment:

  • Benelux: 1 working day
  • Germany: 2 working days
  • Austria, France: 3 working days
  • Spain, Italy and Portugal: 4 working days
  • Other countries within Europe: 2 to 5 working days
  • Outside the EU: about 5 working days, sometimes longer
  • United States: up to 2 weeks

These are indications, not guarantees. Busy periods (such as holidays or sales periods) and delays with the carrier can affect the delivery time.

Track your order

As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with a Track and Trace code. You can also always find the status via 'Orders' in your account or via the 'Track order' button in the confirmation email.

Orders to Switzerland

For customers in Switzerland we ship DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means that the import duties and VAT have already been handled by us. You do not pay any additional costs upon receipt.

Orders outside the EU

For countries outside the EU, import duties, VAT or customs fees may apply. These costs are your responsibility and are determined by the customs of the receiving country. We have no influence on this and cannot specify an exact amount in advance.

Package not received or damaged

Did your package arrive damaged or is something missing? Email us within 7 days of receipt via support@acelera.cc with your order number and clear photos. We will figure it out together with the carrier and provide a solution.

Have you after the expected delivery time haven't received anything yet? First check the Track and Trace and your mailbox or neighbors. If the package is really lost, please contact support@acelera.cc, we will start an investigation with the carrier.
