Refund policy

 

Are you not satisfied with your order? Then you can return your order without reason up to 30 days after receipt. You will then receive the full order amount refunded to the account used for payment. return going to the online store is free. Products that you return may of course have been tried on, but may not have been used for hygienic reasons. A product may also not have been washed.

Do you want a product? return? Then register your return via the return portal. We will refund the order amount due within 14 working days after receipt of your return shipment, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
