Shipping
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is always free. For other countries within the European Union, shipping is free for orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed in the checkout. For countries outside the EU, shipping costs are always calculated separately and shown during checkout.
Acelera strives to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you order before 11:59 PM, your order will be shipped the same day.
Average delivery times
- Benelux: 1 working day
- Germany: 2 working days
- France: 3 working days
- Spain, Italy, Portugal: 4 working days
- Rest of Europe: 2–5 working days
Please note: for orders to countries outside the EU, we aim for delivery within 5 working days. Unfortunately, orders to the United States may be delayed more often at this time.
Via 'Orders' in your account or the 'Track order' button in the confirmation email. you can track the status of your package(s). Then you can see at a glance whether your order is on time. If delivery takes longer than expected, you will also see this here.
Returns
Up to 30 days after receipt of your order, without giving a reason. Returns are free of charge.
Products may be appropriate, but may not have been used or washed for hygienic reasons. Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and with hang tags. Acelera reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Returns will be processed within 5 working days of receipt in the Netherlands. The refund will then be initiated via your original payment method.
Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange option.
Do you want a different size or color? Then place a new order. Once your return has been processed by us, you will receive the full order amount back via the payment method you used to pay.

Warranty
In the event of an accident or crash, Acelera offers a Crash Replacement scheme with which you can request a replacement at greatly reduced costs. This service also applies to garments that fall outside the return period.

All items you purchase from us have a legal warranty. This means that an item must be in good condition upon delivery and function properly under normal use. We also look at the economic life of the item, because one product lasts longer than the other.
