Products may be appropriate, but may not have been used or washed for hygienic reasons. Returns will only be accepted if the product is returned unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and with hang tags. Acelera reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Returns will be processed within 5 working days of receipt in the Netherlands. The refund will then be initiated via your original payment method.

Do you want a different size or colour? Then place a new order. Once your return has been processed by us, you will receive the full order amount back via the payment method you used to pay.
