Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed via acelera.cc. They are written to be clear, not to scare you off. Still have questions after reading them? Use the contact form.

2. Ordering

• Your order is final as soon as you receive an order confirmation from us by email. Until that moment, we may still refuse an order, for example if fraud is suspected or if an item turns out to be out of stock after all.
• All prices on the website include VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.
• In the event of an obvious error in a price or product description, we are not obliged to deliver on the basis of that error. We will contact you in that case.
• We do our best to show colors and products as accurately as possible. Minor differences between photo and product are possible.

3. Payment

You pay when placing your order via one of the payment methods we offer at checkout, such as iDEAL, credit card, PayPal or pay later via a payment partner. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. If a payment fails, the order will not be processed.

4. Shipping and delivery

• We ship to the countries you can select at checkout. You will see the shipping costs before you pay.
• Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day. Estimated delivery time: 1 to 3 business days in the Netherlands and Belgium, 2 to 5 business days in the rest of Europe. These are not guarantees.
• Shipments to the United Kingdom and Switzerland are delivered with import duties included (DDP). So you never pay extra upon receipt.
• The risk of loss or damage passes to you as soon as the package has been delivered to you or handed over to you at a pickup point.
• Did your package arrive damaged, or has it still not been delivered after 14 days? Contact us via the contact form and we will sort it out.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer, you have the statutory right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. We give you 30 days, and return shipping is free. How this works, and which conditions a return must meet, can be found in our return policy.

For a return, we refund the value of the returned items within 7 business days of receipt. The original shipping costs are not refunded.

6. Warranty

All our products are covered by the statutory warranty: you are entitled to a sound product that does what you may reasonably expect of it.

• Did you receive a defective or wrong item? Don't send it back, but first contact us via the contact form, with your order number and a photo. Together we will find the best solution: repair, replacement or refund.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from falls or crashes, incorrect washing or drying, or use for which the product is not intended. Follow the washing instructions on the label.

7. Discount codes, gift cards and loyalty points

• Discount codes are valid until the stated end date, apply only on acelera.cc and cannot be combined, unless stated otherwise. One code per order.
• Gift cards and loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash.
• In the event of a return, the discount applied to the returned items is forfeited. Paid with a gift card? Then you will receive the amount back as a gift card.

8. Intellectual property

The Acelera brand, our designs, photos, videos and texts are the property of Acelera Sports BV. Using them without our written permission is not permitted.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the order concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, unless the law provides otherwise. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.

10. Complaints and disputes

• Not satisfied? Let us know via the contact form. We will respond within 14 days and always look for a solution together first.
• Can't reach an agreement? Then you can also submit your complaint via the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
• These terms and all agreements with Acelera are governed by Dutch law.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. Your order is always subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of ordering. The current version is available on this page.
